We stayed here the first night of our trip after a grueling day of travel. When we walked into the lobby, we were hopeful, because it is lovely. And then our rooms! Beautiful, clean, modern, lovely. We came back for our last two nights to relax after a fast-paced three weeks in Vietnam and Cambodia. We looked forward to our return during the entire trip! The lovely rooftop swim pool was a bonus.

The bed had bed bugs, my daughter was bitten and the soles of her feet were swollen. The toilet and bathtub floor were covered in hair. The room smelled a bit musty.

I spray the hotel's insecticide once a week so it's hard to get bed bugs. The rooms are always clean and fragrant, maybe because the products I use to treat the rooms haven't completely gone away.

Quality and service are getting worse and worse unlike the first times. The room is moldy. The control panel is near falling. Towels are old and torn like towels. Previously there were 2 Bells, then only 1 and now have to carry a lot of glass, just open the super big and heavy door. 2 experiences this month are terrible

1. Not satisfied; The hotel has a camera system so you know when guests leave the room or in the room. If guests are still staying, they should telephone guests before opening the room. 2. Extremely satisfied: - The attitude of all the staff from the swimming pool to the room, the receptionist to the restaurant are very friendly and ready to help you. - Quality of modern room is suitable to the standard. Smart room system. - Buffet breakfast with few dishes but good quality rata, from taste to raw materials. Must say the buffet dose is very fresh and selective, a plus that even a 5 * hotel may not have done.
