Without confirmation, we were transferred to hotel 123 which entered the alley. And cosiana hotel did not give compensation at all and we had to pay back to 123 hotels. not recommended.

We choose the hotel because it stated that it provide halal food. Everything seem to be okay but on the last day of stay (7/8), when we are enjoying breakfast, suddenly the kitchen staff approached us and saying that our room is without breakfast. We felt so ashamed because we was humiliated in front of other guest. I browse my booking and found that our booking is including breakfast. Why this happened? The hotel management should know our booking.

It was my 2nd time booked at cosiana and so far I loved everything here. Food, hospitality, and room of course. In addition, they have halal food which save me due I'm muslim. Still on my-hotel-recommended-list 😊

Hi I am from Indonesia for 7 Days Business Trip. Especially for moslem traveler that very difficult to have Halal Food in Hanoi, this Hotel is provided with Halal Food. The Hotel & restaurant has Halal Certificate. Many Halal menu available. I took breakfast in the Hotel (can order Egg Omelet) and for dinner I bought Steam Rice for big size (2 people) only 38,000 Dong and eat at room together with my Dried Rendang I bought from Indonesia plus Indomie Cups (as they provided Hot Tea Maker) in the Room. Hotel is comfortable. The Hotel Staffs are very Helpful especially supported me when my Handphone was stolen in the taxi to call my family in Jakarta. In Summary, I recommend everybody to Cosiana Hotel Hanoi.
