05 Aug in the morning, I went down to the lobby to asked staff for a trash bag, he replied me that he would take it to my room later. So I did requested for a turndown service because yesterday I went outside for whole day, also putted a “Please clean my room” label at the door. Unfortunately, I came back to my room every thing still unsettled. Plus, when I came to check in on 04 Aug, the staff didn't show me how to unlock the main door from inside, she just told me how to unlock when I want to get inside the house. Next morning I have a trip on 07:10, I just noticed that I got locked inside the house with another guests, those who wanted to go outside. We all don't know how to unlock the main door, tried to figure it out together but it doesn't work. We tried to contact the owner, but he left his phone at the desk in the lobby and went outside. Me and another residents waited until 07:30 and there was a guy staff came here. That almost ruined my day until I get back to the home stay, everything was miserable!

The location is very convenient, the staff is good, but I don't think the PVS is very good. The home side should handle or replace the bathroom door to make it better, because I can see everything behind the door from a slight angle.

Branch 2 is ok but when going to this branch it's a bit inconvenient because the taxi can't go into the alley, unlucky for me when I have a lot of luggage and big boxes, with this branch the cactus room has to share the bathroom with another room so it's very inconvenient, so I stayed for several days and didn't dare to use the shared bathroom 😅 but the staff at all branches are ok

For the entrance location, it is not a local housing complex but it is easy to find via maps. Not too far from Ben Than Market and to tourist attractions in district 1. I recommend the room rates are also cheap

We stayed in the Lemongrass Room, one of the best and most spacious rooms here. The room is very clean, nice, minimalist interior, and aesthetic. Some of the facilities available include AC, fan, refrigerator, hair dryer, and iron. The bathroom is also good and quite spacious. There is a shower with hot water and a sink. The staff was friendly when we arrived. If there was a television in the room, it would have been more perfect and enjoyable. Most importantly, the location is very strategic even though it is in a narrow alley. If you need a taxi to pick up and drop off, you can go to the nearest location, Lucky Star Hotel on Jalan Nguyen Trai. It is only less than 2 minutes away on foot. The downside of this place is that there is no elevator, so you have to climb stairs to our room on the 3rd floor. It is very tiring if you are a tourist who travels back and forth like us. Sometimes you can also hear the noise of traffic, the sound of dogs, and the chatter of residents from the surrounding settlements, but it did not bother us. We are still quite satisfied and impressed! This place is really suitable for anyone as long as they are willing to use the stairs. Thank you for your service!
