The hotel is very clean, new, quiet campus, opposite is C.A or something do not remember. Everyone is very enthusiastic to have a fully equipped Kitchen when needed to be able to warm up the food ... the room with only a small vanity will be great ... !!! This is my 2nd time here. However quite disappointing. 1. The pavement is under repair, so it is quite inconvenient. 2. I chose this place because it was a bit far from the center to have a quiet space, but now the hotel is combined with the sale of cafes so it is very noisy, unable to create a quiet space to rest in Dalat. 4. Unlike a coffee shop that always has staff, there is usually no staff at the hotel reception. Many times I have to wait a long time when I want to send or retrieve the room key. 5. The room has also deteriorated a lot compared to before. I booked a month in advance, but I was placed in a very dirty and smelly attic room. After working with staff, he promised to upgrade to a better room. But the truth is, the new room is no different from the old one, only the one that doesn't smell anymore. Conclusion: will never come back here again.

I go to work for 2 days. It was raining so the outside was not allowed to check in. But the view here is very beautiful, and also has coffee and food. Super delicious & cheap. I book the family room in Da Lat Hoa Nang as described on the app is a room with 1 window + a glass balcony door and a wooden main door. When I went out on the second day of 9:30 am, I told the receptionist that I would transfer to another room for him so that he wouldn't work with the app or clean the old room (my friend said) but around 17h I went back to the hotel and saw the room 303. It was a small, single room, this room had a view of my request. After I finished, I did not agree because I did not change to the right room. I asked him to stay in the room 204 he was staying at. They told me that my room has been rented now. But if you want, you can stay. Then the manager called me with a loud voice and shouted out why he was so difficult, my side had already arranged according to my requirements. After I finished speaking, I interrupted and asked the customer to shut up so that he could finish (the attitude in the opposite direction).
