My family and I had a good experience staying here for 2 nights. The hotel is located in Nam Ho tourist area, safe, a bit far from the center but no problem for my family. The staff is lovely and enthusiastic. The rooms are clean, the water system is strong (I pay a lot of attention to this because the weather in Da Lat and the weak water is really torture), comfortable parking space. The balcony view to the greenhouse area is very beautiful, worth the experience.

I've stayed at this hotel many times in the past 3 years but this time it was so bad, the room had a musty smell, the hot water had problems, the most annoying thing was being tortured by karaoke speakers every night, the resort needs to be quiet. just like a pub

The reception staff are very gentle and professional. At the end, there was a little mistake in the bill, solved, no problem. The hotel is located in a resort with many different villas, so it's fresh, cool, and the road is a bit rough. Room with nice view, clean, ok interior. I booked 2 rooms 1 on the 5th floor with a view as shown in the picture, everything is very satisfied, like 1 room on the ground floor is wet, the mattress and floor both feel dry and a bit basement due to no windows ( for the price is acceptable)

I stayed in a very comfortable premium deluxe room, super nice city view with 3 windows around, clean rooms, friendly staff and a very private feeling when staying here. The hotel supports early check-in and additional charges. The location is a bit far from the center, it takes about 15 minutes. However, it is very convenient to go to other places such as Prenn Pass or Cau Dat. My 4 days experience here was very good, highly recommend everyone!

I had the most pleasant stay here. Staff is amazingly friendly and kind. The facilities are commonly hygiene and clean. My room was cleaned daily. There is car renting powered by hotel itself. The price is affordable. Highly recommend and will turn back when possible.
