The front desk has been incredibly nice and helpful throughout the stay. The hotel is clean and provided you great hospitality. The Breakfast was better than what I expected. Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend this hotel to every couple and families.

Despite the surrounding environment of the hotel is a bit untidy and the road is a bit narrow for walking, the staff speaks good English and helpful. Location is close to touristic spots. The breakfast is a nice surprise to us.

Hotel room is old. Hairs from previous guests found in room. Furnitures are old. However, staff are friendly and helpful. Service is good. Will not stay again though.

Got there early about 6 AM very friendly help me with things to do. Asked me if I wanted an early check in which I did for a very reasonable fee. I had my laundry done as well. Price is right place was clean. Elevator would stay here again.

Excellent experience staying at Eclipse Legend Hotel. The entire staff is professional and kind, especially the evening personnel. He helped me in planning my trips to Ha long Bay and Ninh Binh and was very helpful and kind. Definitely coming back. Thank you!!!
