The bathroom door cannot be closed, the room is not soundproof, too noisy. There are mosquitoes and ants. There is no mirror in the room. Very inconvenient.

The room was not as described, I was assigned to the attic room next to the terrace like a shrine room. I requested to change the room but was not allowed so I had to leave the room and move right after checking in. Not a good experience.

This is the first time I've experienced such a comfortable hotel. The price is quite reasonable compared to the Hanoi area. If you want to travel and experience on a budget, this is a pretty good choice.

I called to check the room before coming but the staff did not prepare as told. My friend had to wait when he arrived. The air conditioner was too hot and not cool. The furniture was old.

The actual image is not the same, far different from the image on the advertising app. When arriving, there was a request to cancel the room and there would be a cancellation fee but it was not met. The customer lost nearly 2 million and had to rent another place.

the location is near the station but because we went there was road construction so it was quite noisy and very dusty. we were not allowed to enter from the front door because it belonged to someone else/someone else's business from the basement which was quite slippery because of the many cement residues. the bathroom amenities in the room were complete but as cheap as this new hotel is, they don't give you drinks in the room. the model is self check in but we met the person who cleaned the location on the 1st floor in front of the elevator
