Facilities look older than images. We were upgraded to room with balcony on empty days. Actually, the scenery outside the room is not stunning. The landscape is much better if you go further towards Sapa Charm Hotel. Staff is rude and not professional.

Cheap hotel but very clean and beautiful. Mountain view is great. Every year, I come to Sapa. Next year will definitely come back.

Highly recommend this hotel for tourists staying in Sapa. The view, the staff and the breakfast at the hotel are totally perfect! Only one thing I don’t like is the street in front of the hotel is so dirty and muggy due to the rain and fog. But it’s not the hotel faults anw.

I like the heating under mattress that could help us sleep well with temperature 1-2d degree. Helpful receptionist and waitress. Nice view from window. Facilities in room is pretty old. Need upgrading soon. Location is pretty good, but ut’s not easy for you to walk on the dirty street in front under 1degree temperature in the evening, as the road is under construction. Breakfast is OK for this room rate. Agent please help to recheck why confirmed booking for me but it is booked through another app, not yours ? Is there anything wrong with your allotment that day ? It is OK to stay in another room type not exact what I reserved, but I need an explanation. Thanks.
