Great location with just about 10 mins walk to Hoi An ancient town. The room is clean and well-equipped. The staff are extremely helpful and caring. We got a list of must-try food and store right after our check-in time. We were given a small gift from the owner as a warm good-bye. Highly recommend this place for your stay in Hoi An.

Such a beautiful, peaceful accommodation . The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The owner' family was super friendly and helpful. We stayed here for 2 nights exploring Hoi An. The place is pretty close to the ancient town. 100% recommend!

Clean and spacious room. The host is lovely and enthusiastic, lending bicycles to visit places in the old town and the beach. And especially, the home gives away Hanoi specialties to guests.

I didn't think much of her room at first. I checked in late at night and she was still very enthusiastic in welcoming me, giving me detailed instructions, and showing me good places and vehicles very enthusiastically. My first impression was that it was very okay, the room was even better, meeting all my needs. Free bicycles. The room was not big but very clean. The location was close to the old town, about 15-20 minutes of cycling to get there. Before checking out, she also gave me a bag of green bean cakes. I will definitely come back again.

The mom and daughter duo that runs the homestay holds a special place in my heart. They treated me like family and are such kindhearted people. They gave me all the local recommendations from food spots to experiences I can do. They made sure I was comfortable and fed me amazing home-cooked meals. There's also free bikes you can use to bike around the town. The homestay was spotless and clean. Cannot recommend this homestay enough!
