The hotel is beautiful and extremely convenient. I booked on the app so the price was almost half, only 270k/night for 2 people, so it was only 135k/person. That day, the bus arrived early at 4am, the hotel owner was extremely enthusiastic, he woke up early to open the door, made coffee for us to drink. He let us leave our luggage so we could go out, and when we had a room, he called us to pick it up early. The hotel is extremely convenient: there is a hair dryer, air conditioner, fan, TV, electric kettle, hot and cold water dispenser, bathroom steamer, 7-color lights... Below the hotel is a coffee shop. In the room, there are cakes, soft drinks, and a refrigerator for when you're hungry. In front of the hotel, there are many breakfast restaurants, grocery stores, gyms... I took the pink room decorated with a very beautiful birthday cake. As for my sister, she had a birdcage-style room. Each room in the hotel has a different style. The hotel also rents motorbikes ❤️❤️ 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for quality and service

The rooms are quite good, but the hotel opens quite late, so when the car arrives early, I have to wait around 7am to open, unlike some hotels that open early so I can leave my things - it's okay to stay but there are a lot of extra charges. higher than other hotels, including car rental, staying extra hours, gasoline is also quite high..... calculating the cost of staying for 1 day is quite high - equal or higher than staying at a hotel right at Da Lat market with similar rooms.... I go quite a few times a year, will compare the cost of each place, consider it an experience, and will not visit again.

On behalf of the hotel, we would like to thank you for your comments and shares, and apologize for our shortcomings that made your experience during the recent tour unsatisfactory. Looking at the data on the device, I see that you check-in after 7:00 am and will be charged a surcharge of 30% of the one-day booking and booked a 2024 red Airblade scooter for 130k/day. The hotel regrets not being able to assist you much as well as renting a cheap low-end car because it was the wrong day on a Saturday. The staff and the hostess are very cute and friendly. When she left, she also gave gifts to her family. Thank you very much, next time I will come back to support you again. Nice room, central location, walking distance to the night market.
