Lovely 2 bed villa with a great sized pool we could actually swim in. The grounds were beautiful, so well kept. Breakfast was good but suggest use the main hotel restaurant as the villa restaurant was packed & disorganised. highly recommended

1st time in Vietnam, own plunge pool was a godsend as were weren't prepared for how hot it was. Large 3 bedroom villa also great as the two teenage boys had their own space & didn't annoy us too much. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful, varying degrees of english comprehension which wasn't that much of a negative & was more than compensated by their fantastic customer service, nothing was a problem. They would help organise day trips, tell you which shopping malls were best & got the right cabs at the right price.

Our lady butler was very caring and helpful in all aspects. Thank you again! Just one thing I felt weird was that some guys carried out maintenance work of swimming pool in the villa in the morning before we checking out. They walked around at the main entrance and outer area of living room. Their glimpse in the house made me uneasy☹️

The villas aren’t equipped with dish washers or microwave and they have some unwritten rule where they expect the guests to do their dishes. If you end up bringing back some local food back to the villa you will end up using the pots and pans to heat up on the heater and will have to clean them up. Also seemed like the house keeping staff need to be better trained in how to interact with the guests. Overall the villa is spacious and comfortable.

Our family of two parents, four children (aged 10-16) stayed in a three bedroom villa at Furama Villas resort. The accommodation was fantastic, large, spacious and nice amenities. There were three pools to choose from (two at the resort, one at the villas). You get around within the resort by taking free golf buggies. The staff are just LOVELY, so helpful, and smiling, and they got to know our family well by the end of our stay. The breakfast buffet was beautiful, and we enjoyed a complimentary afternoon tea one day which was lovely. There was a smelly creek in between the villas and resort that I didn't enjoy driving over the bridge of, and it occasionally it flowed out into the ocean, but in general, the beach was clean, and nice sand, water very pleasant, seemed safe. The various life guards on duty at the pools and beach helped to make us feel safe with the kids being well supervised. We used the gym at the villas, which was well appointed, and nicely air-conditioned. We went out into the local Da Nang area to eat out, and the staff at the reception helped us get taxis, or a private car any time we needed it. We enjoyed a day trip to Hoi An, where we went shopping and sight seeing. We also enjoyed a day trip up to the Ba Na Hills, to see the Sun World resort from the long cable car ride. Very picturesque, and fun at the top, with lots of Disneyland like activities to do for free. We would highly recommend this resort to other families.

Originally disappointed to find ants in the bedroom on night one and the sapphire villa was cramped around the pool area especially for infants with literally no porch. A quick discussion with the head butler led to a swift resolution of the issue - we moved to a better villa and had a spotless property for 2 nights. Note small charges for items like salt and washing dishes in the villa - may be annoying for some as not self catering. Overall would recommend it but book the diamond villas. I would like to thank the Head Butler Hiep for swiftly restoring confidence for us and ensuring we stayed for the remainder of our stay.
