The owner is very easy and enthusiastic. I arrived earlier than expected, when I went to the hotel too, she checked in with no extra charge. The day I booked the hotel, I forgot the car rental notice, when I got there, the car was out, but the owner and I borrowed a car to help me. Nice clean room. Save your phone number and then come back when you go up 😘

The hotel arbitrarily transferred guests to another hotel location that was not correct in the app. When I arrived at the check-in location, I was notified. I booked a room with 1 bed, but they transferred me to a room with 2 beds and the landlady charged me extra for blankets and pillows if I used 2 beds.

Phòng giá rẻ và sạch sẽ nên vẫn đánh giá 5 sao, nhưng không có thang máy. Đi lên tầng 3 muốn tụt huyết áp :) Với cả thiếu giấy vệ sinh, WC chỉ có mỗi bàn chải đánh răng thôi. Có cửa sổ nên nhìn thoáng, nói chung vẫn tốt so với giá.

Đặt phòng xong hết giá 55k /1 ngày , tới nơi nhận phòng chủ hỏi dúng tên đúng số điện thoại rồi , thanh toán thấy giá thấp quá không chịu , quay lại nói chị đặt nhầm rồi ( đặt nhầm mà biết tên với số điện thoại mình )

Tuy ban đầu mình có chút nhầm lẫn về phòng chưa giống trong ảnh, nhưng sau đó anh lễ tân có giải thích lại rõ ràng. Ban đầu phòng hơi có mùi chút nhưng sau đó đã được anh lễ tân xử lý, phòng ở cũng khá thoải mái, đặc biệt anh lễ tân rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ trong suốt kỳ nghỉ. Phòng ở ngay trung tâm nên khá dễ dàng trong việc di chuyển. Sẽ quay lại nếu có dịp.
