This hotel perfect for traveling alone or couple. The place is located at Pham Ngu Lao, near to several attracting places in Saigon. The breakfast also nice and enough for starting the exploration around Saigon.

- Accommodation is in Pham ngu lao area, just 30 meters into a small alley, close to nightlife and Futa bus lines, easy to travel. There is a lift. - Good English staff. - Check in early if the room is available. - Breakfast buffet. There are not many to choose from, but full of coffee, fruit, bread, rice, fried egg, ham, sausage, vegetables, salad, spring rolls, a little more.

The place is clean. The reception is very accommodating and very understanding to my needs. Even though I'm a female traveler in a mixed dorm, I still felt safe because there are cameras all over. I was able to sleep soundly though it is along Pham Ngu Lao Road, you have pass through a short alley. If I come back to Vietnam, I will go back to Galaxy Hostel!

I booked 2 rooms and paid on traveloka, but when I checked in, the hotel said there were no rooms and took me to another hotel. And only gave me 1 room at the new hotel. Then they did not refund the remaining room and denied responsibility. Traveloka should review their cooperation with this hotel and everyone should also take note when booking.

The staff ungraded my room for me. They are very friendly and supportive. However, the room smelled like pee so much the moment I started to take a shower. After that, the smell from the bathroom expanded to the whole room and didn't leave. I had to sleep with peeing smell around. Please fix this problem

Interiornya berbeda jauh dari yang di gambar. Terutama di lobby. Hotel berada di dalam gang sempit. Hotelnya gak kedap suara. Jadi langkah kaki dari tangga dan orang buka tutup pintu sangat mengganggu. Ada lift, tapi kayaknya gak berfungsi. Tangga cukup curam dan apa adanya. Lebih mirip kost-kostan.

Easy to locate and I had good rest, away from noise of walking street. Beddings are comfy and the shower works fine. There are toiletries, slippers, safe box, ref, and heater tho much better with complimentary coffee. They offer tours and travel essentials (prices on the last photo). Receptionist speaks little English so I navigate the city on my own. They allowed me to leave my luggage after check out, then I was able to walk in the nearest bus station going to airport.

Good, fantastic and exotic area,"backpaker"town, you'll find anything here, in hochiminh city/saigon, nice people around, close to the huge park (many cativities, such as: playing ball, exercises, play round, badminton, and local game/kicking feather with coin, cafe, banh mi stall, travel agents, massages, restaurant, many more. Room itself small, ot that clean, toilet clean, bed not so good, hotel staffs very nice, miss jade and miss miki 👍.
