I had such a lovely stay at Gardenia Hue Hotel! The room was super comfy, the staff were always so friendly and quick to help, and the service was really great. The location is perfect and the breakfast was tasty too.
It was my first time in Hue and I felt so comfortable and supported here. The hotel staff also helped me arrange everything, from tours to the royal tombs (I visited Khai Dinh Tomb) to airport transport (both from Phu Bai Airport to the hotel and back). That was such a big help for me as a first-time traveler in Hue.
Big thanks to Julia and Melissa, you two are the best! 💖 I just arrived in Bali, but I already miss Hue so much 🥹 I’ll definitely come back to Gardenia Hue Hotel for my next visit to Hue.

A 3-star hotel with 5-star service! During our 3 day stay at Gardenia, we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness and warm welcome of all the staff. The hotel is impeccably clean, and the staff are always ready to offer advice or assistance. The breakfast was lovely, and the hotel's excellent location made it easy to explore this lovely city by motorbike, car, or even on foot. We absolutely loved our experience at Gardenia and will certainly return for our next stay in Hue 😍💕

Staff was very nice in helping to arrange a car to the tombs. Had difficulty in trying to find which location my mum bought for the tombs. She was patient and sat with us for around an hour.
Another staff guy near the door helps with luggage, during check in/ check out, smiles and greets every time I see him.

Everything is perfect, from the rooms, staff, service, what surprised me was that the hotel even left needles and thread for guests if they needed to sew, so thoughtful, I will come back when I go to Hue 🥰

My family booked a room for 1 night, but the staff was very friendly and supportive. The room had YouTube on TV so my kids said it was like 5 stars. The hotel is located right in the center, you can walk around and visit many places in the evening.

Convenient location right in the center, early check-in up to 4 hours, friendly staff, book for only 600k but get very good support from the staff. The room is spacious enough with air conditioning and fan.
My room is not soundproof. I can hear clearly from inside and outside, should improve this point
