Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel Da Nang

Room had everything we needed and bed was nice and large. Breakfast was good and had plenty of different options. Lots of good food options within a 10min walk from the hotel. Staff were friendly and have good tips on places to eat and visit in Da Nang.

The hotel was very well put together. The staff was excellent. The rooms were modern and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay in Da Nang. Highly recommended and would stay again.

It is located near the beach and there are many good restaurants and spa & message. Room is very clean and bedding is comfortable.

My 4-night stay was incredibly comfortable. Staff were hospitable and very polite, regularly checking in on me and making sure everything was okay. The breakfast is awesome! Great variety and changes daily. The room filters out most noise but there was some construction around and the usual vendor announcements that broke through— never really bothered me though. The location is very convenient to the beach and not a far Grab ride to everything. One thing that did bother me was the massage i got on the first day. Was really was disappointing. I communicated with reception i wanted a firm massage that used oil because the Thai massage they offered involved stretching and no oil…was probably the worst massage in my life…she stretched me, used next to no oil, hot stones and had no rhythm. Aside from the massage everything felt really luxurious and went smoothly!

Conveniently located hotel in DaNang. They did offer us an upgrade which was excellent however everything else was an up charge. water, ironing service. Good for the price though I guess. Breakfast was good.

safety and quiet to my family

The staff at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful. Cara was a standout both for being genuinely interested in my plans and for being engaging in an authentic manner. The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach and food options abound. If I come back to Danang I will stay here again.

Refrigerator in room not cold enough

The hotel was ok but sound proofing could have been better - the noise from street and neighbouring building works was atrocious

The receptionists (Amy, Cara, Lena, Bobby) at the front desk are very friendly and helpful. I like the location, walkable to the beach, many restaurants and mini marts. The complimentary breakfast has many options.

Ryan was absolutely amazing. He was very genuine and hospitable, and extremely helpful with organizing transportation for a day trip to Hoi An. He also made some great recommendations for places to eat around the hotel (excellent choices), and activities in both Danang and Hoi An. We really enjoyed the pool and breakfast too. Good variety of local food and other kid-friendly options.

This may have been the hotel I was most disappointed in. We did 21 days in Vietnam and worked our way down from the north to the south and stayed at so many hotels. There was so much construction at the hotel that you seen nothing when you look out of your window, we had reserved an ocean view and that is not what we got. The hotel should indicate that there is a mass amount of construction going on and that they start early in the morning. On saying that, the room was very nice and comfortable.

They canceled my booking saying they were full when I arrived. Then shuttled me to another property that I myself was required to pay for. smh
