Front desk staff SoLong was so very helpful nd had a great memory. She would remember what time you were to be picked up and where you were going. She was able to track down a phone number and male calls for us when we were missing the info on our booking. Elevator is great when you have luggage, easy to get around from this location

Staff was okay. Room had mold growing on walls. When I complained staff offered me some tea. I chose the balcony room as reccomended by lonely planet but view was just okay and showed the alley below. Also shower was not hot.

I enjoyed staying here! The room was super clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet plus a made to order entree - both pretty good. The staff are at the reception 24/7 which was helpful for our 4am check out. The hotel is in a cute alleyway surrounded by a bunch of restaurants and a 10 minute walk from the lake and bustling streets. Would recommend!

I love the people here. They are kind, helpful, compassionate, and always smiling :). This is my second time here in Hanoi and I always book at Golden Moon so I can see my sister Lily, brother Chang, Son and his wife, the Awesome Chef on the 7th floor. I miss you all dearly and will see you again. Everyone please come and see for yourself :)
