Actually, everything was ok because the receptionists were quite polite and enthusiastic. However, when I had breakfast this morning, I must say I was completely out of mood. I knew I was quite late, around 9:30, so I took the opportunity to order vermicelli soup first (it seems like there were 2 bowls of vermicelli soup on the table but the soup was not yet served). A moment later, a man came down from upstairs (the staff called him boss). He asked the staff to make 3 cups of coffee and went to the counter to order vermicelli. A moment later, I came back to get the vermicelli, but there was only 1 bowl of fresh vermicelli soup left on the table. The cook said that my vermicelli was not ready yet and saw him go back inside to check the bowl of dried vermicelli that was soaking. At that time, I asked if the bowl of vermicelli soup on the table was okay to eat, and he said it was the boss's bowl??? At that time, I was a bit surprised because I clearly ordered first, why did the boss get priority, but I didn't think much because he told me to sit at the table and wait and he would bring the noodles out later. Unexpectedly, a moment later, a staff member brought out a bowl of vermicelli with very thin dry noodles. Surely anyone who has eaten dry noodles and fresh noodles will understand how different the two are. I was so disappointed that I decided not to eat and told the other staff member to bring the bowl of noodles in. The other person took it away and didn't say another word to me. I finished my breakfast, feeling so down that I decided to go out and eat something else even though I clearly paid for this breakfast in the room rate and didn't ask for it. Personally, I am a business owner, and someone who has experienced countless services in hotels from high-end to normal, but this is the first time I have experienced the feeling of being looked down upon. I don't know how the staff here think about the status of customers, but I always tell my staff, "customers come first, without customers, we don't exist." Plus the hotel rooms have bad soundproofing.

First time booking this hotel in Da Lat, a very good experience in this city, the first time the 2 kids got to swim in the warm water pool in the 19 degree weather of Da Lat. The room was clean, and the service was good, the staff was friendly, it was just the first time I booked so I didn't pay attention to the balcony direction, if the hotel could arrange a pool view, there would be nothing better. The breakfast buffet was just enough for the standard, next time I will book again with a pool view

I booked a premium double room with balcony on the 8th floor. My favorite is the afternoon tea which has pineapple cake, artichoke jam and tea. The room is spacious and comfortable and has a bathtub. There is fruit in the room but the food is not delicious =)))) However, I am satisfied with the hotel in all aspects. The distance to the night market is about 2km, it costs 50k by Grab.

It's so beautiful everyone! My family stayed here for one night. Too bad I only booked one night. The space is beautiful from the inside to the outside, the rooms are spotlessly clean.
