My stay at the hotel was absolutely memorable, and I want to give a special thanks to Nga and Dat at the front desk. From the very first moment I arrived, they welcomed me with such warm smiles and genuine hospitality that immediately made me feel at home. They were not only professional and efficient in helping with every request, but also incredibly kind and attentive, always going the extra mile to make sure I felt comfortable and well taken care of. It’s rare to meet staff who leave such a lasting impression, but Nga and Dat truly did. Their positive energy and thoughtful service turned an ordinary stay into a wonderful experience that I will always remember. I am deeply grateful for their support and kindness, and I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Everything was very nice, location close to the city center and also the beach. Room is not too spacious but comfortable. But sound proof was kinda a problem then, i could hear the other rooms went in and out or how they closed the room door. In general is still good though

Spacious room with balcony, friendly staff. Car parking is a bit far if the basement is full. The elevator is small and only has 3 faces even though the hotel has many floors and rooms. Other than that, everything is fine.
