Very friendly staff. Convenient location for traveling to eat, drink, and have fun. The hotel staff also helps find a place to rent a car. Very good gym service. The room is clean, fully equipped with a dryer, refrigerator, Drinks and scales too. I see very few hotels. Next time I visit Nha Trang, I will book again

The staff were great—friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The walls between rooms were a bit thin, so I could sometimes hear guests next door sleeping or snoring. There was also some loud construction going on in the building next door during the day. That said, it was still great value overall.

Excellent location in a tourist area about 5 minutes walk to the beach. My room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was available with many menu choices. Staff was always courteous and helpful. The only thing I noted that didn't work properly was the 'do not disturb / clean my room' lights outside of the room. I think it is wired to the the key card room power, so when you leave your room, the neither the 'do not disturb' or the 'clean my room' lights stayed on.

Booked a night here to spend some time in the core of Nha Trang before we moved to Vinpearl resort. The hotel was in a good spot near the core. We had a nice terrace with a tub. The staff was nice and helpful. Everything was as expected.
