The host family was awesome and would go the extra mile to support any and all guest with great services. The location is walkable to town, the "Eats" and An Bang beach as well if you are a walker. You can rent a bicycle as well there. Miss/Cô Trinh does custom tailoring at prices below main street Hoi An's vendors. She helped with my alteration needs and also made me a new pair of pants. The workmanship is of quality. I absolutely enjoyed my stay there. As we have choices, I highly recommend "Green Garden House" as a first choice for a homestay experience. Thanks.

Everything was great!
The couple that runs the place is great, friendly and accommodating. Their English is very good. We stayed for one night in a double room. It was a clean room and bathroom, air-con worked great, breakfast was extra delicious (coffee with pancakes and banana and with toasts and omelette ) and plenty. We also could refill the water bottles in their filter everyday for free. Location is close walking distance to main attractions, restaurants and etc but quiet in the evening .
This family is very helpful, super nice, very cheerful , they helped us with our train ticket, taxi, for our laundry, also allowed us to stay home until evening to catch our night train. You can even make custom-made clothes with them, according to other travellers they are very good quality. One of our best experiences in Vietnam!!! Thanks to them =).

There is no food here, although it is advertised as having parking, it is not, but parked on the driveway, it is quite inconvenient to get the car out so had to rent a motorbike. The shower in the bathroom was broken, the power went out at 4:30 am. Overall, it is temporary.

1. Convenient location: only about 600m from the old town, 400m from Hoi An bus station, right next to public utilities such as groceries, food stalls, banks ... Corner of Thai Phien has an old house, goes Add a segment to Tran Cao Van in the morning there are a lot of breakfast shops. Going straight from the inn is more than 4 km to An Bang beach. 2. The beautiful campus is full of flowers: the hallway leads up to the floor of my room, all ten flower baskets are always brilliant. 3. Clean and clean rooms and soft prices 4. Very friendly and friendly homeowners. 5. Rent a scooter 100k / day. Support to set many other services. I and many other tourists will definitely choose this homestay for my next vacation in Hoi An.
