The receptionists were very enthusiastic, in the morning found that I could not call a taxi. You guys took the initiative to ask me if I needed help calling a car and called for a G7 for me. Guide me the information around here, show me and my friends good places to eat. Small gestures but show that you are very professional and customer-oriented. The room is clean and airy, the equipment is in good working order. In general, I feel very lucky to choose a hotel with such a heart. Thank you guys.

Every business trip I choose this hotel. Simply because it is convenient and close to where I go for meetings. This time I was quite surprised when I got to the hotel when a series of employees had changed, and when I asked, I found out that the hotel had changed owners and been upgraded. I was glad because the hotel was a bit bad before, the only thing that was close to my workplace as I said. This time it was surprisingly clean, and the room rates were a bit cheaper. Hopefully the hotel will continue to be maintained as it is now. Good.

I feel lucky to find a hotel that I like and that is affordable. This hotel I found very good compared to the previous hotels I have stayed in. The room is clean and tidy, the air conditioner is very cool and does not smell, the bed is good and soft. The receptionists needless to say, extremely enthusiastic. 10 points for the quality. The room is clean, close to the center so it's convenient to go anywhere. In general, compared to the price of just over 200k per room, I think it's quite cheap. What I like most is that the hotel has a very nice, enthusiastic and thoughtful manager. I will definitely come back next time.

We're late for check in but they still do their best service. The staff very friendly, even gave a solution or tips in my question. Room very nice. Recommended!

The manager suggested that the guest change from 3 rooms -> 2 rooms at a higher price because the ceremony could not be prepared in time (but in front of the hotel there was still a "room available" sign & in fact there were still 3 rooms as booked. )

• Chưa bao giờ đánh giá trên này, nhưng thực sự mà nói là phòng cực kỳ tệ. Chưa bao giờ trải qa phòng nào mà tệ như vậy. Nhà vệ sinh như được dựng tạm bợ lên. Trong phòng toàn mùi của nước xịt phòng. Với giá tiền 550k/đêm là cực kỳ, cực kỳ tệ và không xứng đáng. Nếu trong tầm giá ntn, có thể trải nghiệm ở khách sạn khác. Biết đâu, sẽ đỡ hơn như thế nào gấp trăm ngàn lần :) ko bao giờ ghé lại lần nữa :)

We are very sorry about the experience of you and your companion. Checking the hotel's room list, we found that you have booked a superior double room - no windows. And my room number is 101, which means the room is on the 1st floor. During the spring rain in Hanoi, you may have very little experience with the northern weather, so you did not feel comfortable whether outdoors or indoors. home. It is also unlucky when you choose this time to travel or work.
We deeply regret that we did not have the opportunity to serve you in the better rooms of the facility.

I had a wonderful 3-nights stay at Hanoi Aria Hotel & Spa. The staff there is very welcoming, attentive and speak good English. They have a 24-hours front desk, so it ' s a perfect option if you are arriving to Hanoi late time. The room was comfortable enough, clean, and shower had a hot water with a good pressure. Location is 5 minutes away from the train station, which is perfect if you are heading next to Sa Pa with a night train. The only thing I would suggest them to improve-is to provide a thick enough blanket.
