The room did not have an elevator without prior notice, I went to work, brought 4 suitcases nearly 70kg, the hotel did not have any help. The room is a renovated terrace, with glass, sunny daytime is very hot! The room is right next to the large shrine room of the hotel, causing an uncomfortable feeling. not support when hotel posting room is not the same as what I book on the page, simply return the money, do not support finding other hotels. !! I am very disappointed and angry.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Enthusiastic, happy, always ready to support when needed. Convenient to travel around the old town, lakefront, Mausoleum President ...

Hanoi Lucky Guesthouse 2 has a great location in Ancient City in Hanoi. I had a wonderful time in here with the friendly staffs, who recommended me a lot of places to go. I stayed in dorm and it quite small, but it ok for 4 people. Toilet is not inside the room, pay attention about it, toilet is upstairs and it super small for me, which is the thing that I didn't like when I stayed in Guesthouse.

Good value for money. The male receptionist named Thang is very friendly and can speak English well even though it is not fluent, so that it is not difficult for us to communicate. We also sometimes use Google Translate to communicate with him. The internet connection is fast because in the lobby and in each room, they have their own internet connection. The room is clean and quite roomy. The hotel is suitable for backpackers and families. The hotel is in the middle of the city center (old quarter) so it is close to markets, bakeries / cakes, restaurants, street food and nightlife. Very close to the backpacker area, travel agents, and money changers. The bathroom is good, quite roomy, and clean, and the shower has hot water. Get breakfast even though there are only 2 (two) pieces of bread and egg omelette and milk coffee, but this is more than enough for the price of the room we paid. Free bottled mineral water is not provided in the room and there is no dispenser to refill. Free mineral water in the hotel lobby. Guests must buy from the hotel, even though the price is cheap. For Small Bottles of 600 M) for VND 5 000, For Large Bottles of 1.5 Liters for VND 10,000, the Hotel provides motorbike rental facilities. But because the hotel is in the center of the city, so we prefer to walk. Even if we have to go far, we choose to order Grab. Overall we are satisfied and this hotel is suitable for backpackers and family holiday events, but for business events it is not recommended. The hotel is close to the center of the backpacker area, markets, hawker centers, street food, restaurants, mini markets, bakeries and cakes.

My flight got delayed, arrived past 3 in the morning but everything went smoothly the staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was okay, temperature is good, breakfast good 👌🏼👌🏼. Mai Ha (one of the staff) she’s very friendly and very helpful throughout my stay. Excellent customer service I really appreciate all her help. I recommend this hostel 💯 Thank you. I had a pleasant stay, for sure I'm coming back! ❤️

They made me wait for more than 15 mins; the bunk bed is very close to each other. No curtain also, no privacy at all.

Quite ok however the room smells a bit

The reality and image are very different - the room compared to the price is not worth it: the room is very small, the pillow is smelly, the wall is old, the bathroom door is rotten, the floor is broken like a pipe The sewer below, there is a stinking smell, at night, the sound of water is murmuring. I live in room 101 right next to the reception desk, it is very noisy, in the morning they cook the smell of the bedroom, the front desk ... in general, it is necessary to consider renovating it later, but anyone who wants to book it will be disappointed safe.

Great location, helpful staff, but the most important is affordable price. I paid only 4 USD per night for a bed in dormitory.

There's only one bathroom (including for toilet) here, for the whole room. Hot water is available. Wifi is ok, no problem.

Pretty ok if less need for convalescence

I booked a room for 4 people but the check-in was limited to 3 people, because there were 2 people not going so I accepted no opinion, the next morning I got the hotel requested to change room 2 people floor and will discount, I agree. It was that day when my friend and I were away so it was late to check in. But when I got there, the manager told me to go to the office and ask him to go to another branch. All day long walk and still have to walk the room. Attitude when asked to move room that staff did not have a sorry apology. Disappointed!
