I rented a room but it was late at night and there was no receptionist, so I took my room card and went up to the room myself (acting for myself). When I opened the room, it was so dirty, the mattress and blanket were like porridge, there was so much hair stuck on the bed, I had to use the blanket to cover the mattress because I didn't dare to lie down because it was dirty. My room leaked and was soaked.

Too bad from the staff's attitude to the room. When checking in, I got the key myself and went up to the room. The doorknob was broken, temporarily installed, couldn't open, asked the hotel to open it for me, but the attitude was bad. The shower button was broken, the bathroom mirror was dirty, the toilet still had feces from the previous guest. The bed sheets weren't changed, and there were hairs falling out. In short, it's not worth staying at.

Everything was perfect until I checked out and left my backpack at the hotel to do some work. When I came back, I saw my backpack was torn like this. If I didn't want the customer to send it back, I just said something. But doing this makes me feel really annoyed.

The hotel room is small, stuffy, and the hotel has a musty smell. Furniture in old room. A plus point is the lovely staff. In general, with its central location in the capital and the price of 280k/night, such a room is reasonable

Với mức giá đó thì rẻ í mọi người, ai du lịch bụi tham khảo nha. Chị chủ nhiệt tình xách hộ tôi cái vali siu to, hôm mình ở chỉ còn phòng ở lầu 5 là trống mà ở 4 đêm nên leo đi leo lại hơi cực. Phòng cô với dọn chưa ổn lắm

The room is old, the toilet is tight and there is a little problem with the sink drain. The advantage is that the hotel has a nice location, right in the center of the old town, it's convenient to go anywhere, it's cheap, so you can't ask for a room that's too luxurious or spacious, but if you just need a place to shower, sleep and location right away. Old town, this is a good choice. Staffs are ready to help, but it seems that it is a family hotel, there is a shortage of people, so they are not always on duty at the front desk.
