Everything!!!! The staff were amazing and we couldn't have felt more welcome. They always had a smile on their faces and always went out of their way to answer any questions or help you with tours or transportation. Mình ở ngày thứ 2 nên hình như vắng khách. Ăn sáng ít món. Chọn để ở cho chuyến công tác thì ổn lắm. Phòng sạch sẽ. Phòng trên hồ, view ổn.

When I went to check-in, Mr. Reception moved me to another hotel in the same system near Hang Bong, so I was not sure about the room in Sena. Before, I read the comments that the room did not look like the picture, I was very confused. The room I was moved to was also right in the center, the room was very small, the bed was 1m2, there was no window, but it was clean and fully equipped. Mr and Mrs. Le Tan are also polite and enthusiastic. Weekend in the old town is fine with me, so I don't ask for anything more.

Pros: convenient location, easy to go to famous places in the Old Quarter Cons: right at the garbage collection site, the room doesn't look like the picture. The room is quite old, the ceiling is low, the room is next to the housekeeping room, so it is very noisy every morning.

3 Stars hotel as advertised, but actually it should be 0.5 star. The service and staff was NOT good and friendly enough, except a young man helping to carry luggage 's. The facilities are not the same as pictures shown. The room was smelling and not clean. It was a terrible experience at this hotel.

Phòng nhỏ, bên ngoài không có bàn trang điểm, ghế, thùng rác, gương. Thùng rác trong toiler không có nắp. Ngay trước khách sạn là điểm tập kết rác, 10h30 hàng đêm gom rác khá ồn vì phòng không cách âm. Gom xong ngủ được xíu là đến tiếng tập đàn piano/guitar ở đâu đó đến 12h mới ngưng.
