The mattress has a lot of ants and hair from guests, a loose face wash faucet that can be broken just by opening it hard, the balcony door handle is broken and can't go out to the balcony, the previous guest's water bottle is still in the fridge. I booked 4 nights in this hotel, then 1 week and also a few days before departure, the hotel called me twice to ask to cancel the room with the reason that the price I booked through the app could not do business. It's ridiculous and this is the first time I've encountered a business case that defies this reputation. Then I contacted the app and it was resolved. Hope anyone traveling to Da Nang when booking this hotel should carefully check it carefully to avoid falling into the same situation as me.

This review for the Junior suite room is quite similar to the photo but the kitchen is not usable, the air conditioner is not cool, it is very humid, the hot and cold is flickering, but the plus point is that the room price is super cheap compared to the convenient location for bathing. beach, play. If there is a next time, I will still visit the hotel, but I will choose the balcony room class to be more airy. Reading many reviews, the hotel did not give the right guest room, I was a bit worried, but I went to the hotel and still gave the 2 rooms I booked so I was still satisfied.

Mỗi tội hơi bí vì bên cạnh là khách sạn khác nên mở cửa sổ cũng không thấy gì. Nhưng mà điểm trừ nữa là mình ở 4 ngày nhưng khách sạn có qua thay ga cho mình 1 hôm thôi, hôm sau mình nhắc thì có qua nhưng lúc đó mình đang ở phòng nên không thể ra ngoài để khách sạn dọn phòng dc. Giá cả thì quá rẻ vì book qua app, cũng gần bãi tắm đi bộ xíu là đến nằm ở khu phố nhộn nhịn rất ưng

Vừa bước vào đã chỉ sai phòng, vác đống đồ lên lại vác xuống, xong vác lên lại nhận phòng chưa dọn dẹp, lại vác đồ đổi phòng khác, nhận phòng tắm không có nước nóng, múc nước bằng cốc uống nước để đợi hsau sửa, hôm sau có nước nóng thì mất nước, các con đi tắm biển về không có nước mà tắm, xong lại đợi sửa, xong sửa 2 ngày ỉa cũng không có nước mà dội, phản ánh bảo không thông cảm đành chịu. Nói chung kỳ nghỉ ở đây trải nghiệm tệ

Unsatisfied. The room is completely different from the picture, I booked a room that has not been paid but it was on a holiday so there was no room to stay, when I came to see the room, I had a question with the reception but the hotel said only 1p left. While wondering, the receptionist only knows if the room is sold or not, but does not feel the discomfort of the guests (if she is not staying, she will cancel the reservation for you). I don't see the owner, only the receptionist and the water seller in front of the hotel (don't know if it's the owner, but if the guest has any questions, the receptionist will ask her opinion before responding to the guest), The receptionist did not know anything, but she was cute, did not show any attitude when her family was not satisfied with the service. During the stay, the hotel had a power failure, siren, no one handled it, even the water seller didn't care, just worried about selling smoothies, ignoring it as if it's not his business, but professional Room sales and room recommendations are excellent!

The hotel is not too big, so is the room. But the equipment in the room is new and good. Refrigerator freezes and stays cool. TV air conditioner too. Ah, cable TV with many channels is clearer than the first time in Sala. Staff were friendly and enthusiastic. With a price of ~250k full of utilities, I can't see anything better because I just need a clean sleeping place to go out during the day to experience. The location is near the sea and in the crowded area, convenient for shopping
