I have been in Hoa Dao once, very satisfied. The hotel is clean and nice, so you always want to come back here if you have the opportunity But this comeback was not as expected. Probably due to the impact of translation, the service is quite boring. From the beginning, I assigned the wrong room to me so I went up to the room before realizing that the wrong room had to run down. Because I booked a VIP room, but the staff just stared at the promotional price I paid through the app and always applied this price was only deluxe ^^ I must look like I don't look like vip anymore ^^ maybe the app is good, I don't Was it hunted to book a VIP room? Then when I gave the new room card I still wanted to go up by myself and then go down mag and return the old card to the front desk. Stayed 2 days but the buffet breakfast was only 1 day, but the translation felt very good because only we used dvu at that time. But anyway, the staff should be smart when it is the hotel's fault that there are not enough guests, they must arrange to bring food to the compensatory room (at least instant noodles are fine) Hope the hotel will withdraw experience for the times. other guests ^^ but if I hadn't been here, I wouldn't have noticed.
