For the price it was what you expect.
The theme is french from the decor to the furniture.
The TV has a HDMI port for your laptop pleasures.
Rooms are cleaned once every two days.
It's free to park your moped in their underground garage.
Careful with the bathrooms, some do leak.

It's OK in general. I specially like the wine cave and the bar staff there. The only thing is the Internet was week, so it was a bit hard for me to work from the room. That's it.

Location not ideal for tourists. Unless you can speak the language, I wouldn't recommend this area. We felt very uncomfortable just walking up the road 100m to the corner store. Staff were ok, but not hugely helpful. Room was tidy, but not clean.

Hoang Le hotel in district 8 is a small friendly hotel. The rooms are small with basic furnishings but clean. Wifi and aircon both worked well and staff were helpful and friendly. If you need or want to stay in district 8 it is a good low cost choice
