The hotel is nice, clean, the location is quite good because it is easy to go to the sea or to the old town (very close to Vinmart, so it is easy to buy essentials), enthusiastic receptionist, very friendly security guard . Recommend the hotel's spa. When I went there was a 30% discount program, the quality was very good. The room was luxurious and beautiful, fully equipped. Will come back next time.

Never get bored when you come to Hoi An because Hoi An is great, and the Golden Holiday Hotel & Spa is wonderful. I enjoyed 2 nights at the hotel. The hotel is not too far from the old town, walking for about 10 minutes, the ball will go through the small market with countless Hoi An dishes. Opposite the hotel is also Vinmart +. Breakfast many dishes, diverse, delicious. The hotel is not too big but the feeling is very spacious and comfortable. The hotel has the same facilities as a 4-star hotel. But the staff are worth 5 stars! Thank you, Mr. Tu, the short-haired receptionist, and the other brothers and sisters for being so enthusiastic, friendly and always smiling. Although sometimes you guys wear a mask due to the epidemic season, but I can still feel it! Thanks for the hotel! See you again

Enthusiastic staff, nice rooms and clean. Breakfast is abundant, and the hotel also offers free bicycle rental. Cycling to the ancient town of Hoi An is also near. Generally if the opportunity will come back

Cute staff, I made a mistake in the basement reservation, enthusiastic staff consulted and changed my room to a high floor without making up money. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, delicious food, there are bicycles for the central visitors (about 1.5 km). Overall hotel great.

We stayed in a joining room as a family of five. The staff are very helpful and friendly and any issue we bought up was discussed and resolved or taken on board. It’s very easy to get a grab car or just leave the hotel and walk around. Breakfast was fine. The gym is very small - best for only one or two people. My children enjoyed the pool.

Very good location and we had an excellent room with two balconies. We had a free of charge use of bicycles which we enjoyed. On one occasion a bike broke down and the hotel sent two people out to help us. The included breakfast was not excellent - just adequate if that

Excellent service at all levels from day 1. Extremely kind, patient, helpful, friendly, and wonderful people working here from the front desk to housekeeping. Special mention to the amazing ladies on the front desk: Ms. Dzung, Ms. Sa, Ms. Thuy and Ms. Kim. They were all incredible (Sa was so sweet) and so dedicated and willing to help having a positive experience in the hotel and in this lovely town, that it was really impressive. They are ready for any questions and provided excellence in anything needed to make your stay above and beyond any expectations. The location of the property is very convenient and the price really competitive and affordable. I would give them 10 ⭐️ stars over 5 ⭐️. Totally recommended. They also have an amazing spa and massage service that was wonderful. All very clean and comfortable.

Our room got upgraded when we checked in which was a great bonus.
Room was spacious, air conditioning worked well which was necessary as it had been very hot in Hoi An when we visited.
Staff were generally nice and welcoming.
Location of hotel was a bit far from Ancient Town (1km) so it was not as convenient. The hotel does offer free bikes which we tried on the first day but felt the bikes were a bit wobbly and the weather was really hot to do so. It could just get a bit tricky sharing the road with lots of other motorcycles and cars. Walking was a bit far as well. I suspect that if you visit during the cooler times of the year, this would not be an issue. However, we used Grab services during our stay which were super convenient and took 5-10 minutes to get to Ancient Town and was super cheap (~22k VND one way).
Also some nice and cheap cafes/restaurants nearby which were handy if we didn't feel like going to Ancient Town for a meal.
Breakfast buffet was good.
The rooms had a fridge and they provided beer, soft drinks and water there but we didn't realise that these weren't free. Although they provided free bottled water each day.

Check in was efficient. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Our triple room was spacious. Bathroom was huge! Room was cool with both the aircon and ceiling fan. Bed was too soft for my comfort tho’. Breakfast served was fabulous with lots of choices. Bicycles, that were rather well taken care of, were provided free of charge. Old town is abt 15mins Walk. A very good spa place, White Orchids Spa, is just around the corner (3 mins walk). Very happy with our stay at Golden Holidays.

This hotel is worth so much more than I paid. The staff are exceptionally friendly and speak reasonably good English, Even better now that I did my best at letting them practice on me.
I have travelled throughout Asia for nearly 40 years and this hotel would rate up there in my top 3. I actually felt guilty that I had not paid more. All age groups catered for.
