Great stay. Super comfortable bed, clean, comfortable, & away from the madness of the centre. Lovely pool. Adequate breakfast. Places to eat close by without going into town, though Hoi An itself only a 20 minute walk to centre. Bit of a walk to the beach, however easy when using the free bicycles. Don't hesitate booking any trips through Mr Ly, you won't get a cheaper price, and tickets delivered to accommodation. Family run, lovely people. Mr Ly is super helpful with any questions. Leaves you to relax unless you require help. Area nice. Would like to think we arrived as clients, and left as friends. Great place, thoroughly recommend.

Lee was amazing .. he arranged a fantastic basket boat tour. He picked us up at the bus station and made our stay great. Rooms were big with a nice pool area. Good location and bicycles are available for free

Amazing value for money!! The room is massive and was cleaned every day. In a good location and nice and quiet. We extended about 4 times as it was so good! Unfortunately I only used the pool once as it was so cold and the shower was often tepid/luke warm regardless of the time of day or night but they were the only down points.

Room here is like a guest room (designed as a student hostel), not commensurate with the name of the villa; lost a few places with the price I used to stay in Hoi An. Walls were peeled, old room furniture, yellow and old restroom equipment. Room amenities (brushes, toothpaste, towels) are the property of the hostel. Stain, dirty towels and heavy smell of bleach. Although it was later changed but not better. In the room, there was no kettle for cooking water, nor for drinking glasses. The smell of bleach was very heavy in the room, probably rising from the pillow covers and sheets. In return, only the pool is salvaged a little sympathy. The lake is small, but clean, there is a sitting area with a view to eat and drink. The host is also happy.

I have never felt a villa that has such a professional career, from reception to management. I phone to meet the manager to solve the problem, get 1 sentence is "where we don't like Vietnamese guests so the attitude is like that". Before speaking out, think about which country you are. I swear I will never introduce my friends, let alone come back.
