Everything is ok great. Only one is the main door of the room, when opened without paying attention, it will be hit by the wind very strongly, which is very dangerous when there are children. The hotel should have a door latch to hold the door securely.

Everything is very good from the staff to the rooms and services here. The only thing is that the room lacks a refrigerator and the dishes are not very good. Hope the resort can improve, I will come back and hope that the next time I come, the quality of the food will be improved.

Kitchen food is very bad, bland. Add a part under the sea resort for seafood sellers to lease back to sell without management, so that fraud occurs while weighing goods. Then, the 2 weighing plates are put together and then put the shrimp and crabs on the scale. If discovered, use another scale that has been adjusted for the customer. In short , very bad , not worth a 3 star resort . It is only worth calling a hotel with many rooms, nothing more, nothing less. Say goodbye to this straw island, but see you again!

I had a family vacation at HR that was really uncomfortable. I have booked for my family of 18 people in 5 rooms 4 and asked to be near each other, I made a reservation 2 weeks in advance. But when I got to the check-in place, it was arranged as follows: 5 rooms divided into 3 places, 2 rooms at the beginning of the row, 1 room at the end of the row and 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. I asked to be exchanged close to each other but the hotel did not handle it. with the reason for no room. I wonder if I have a promotion, then I have to take a stool there? Agree, I will accept the same room, but I cannot divide the family into each one like that. In doing so, who dares to book online again because they book and pay 100% in advance to receive a service that they are not satisfied with, they will lose money. 14:30 we were only allowed to check in because the hotel was crowded on the check out that day but the staff were less able to clean the room in time. When I entered the room, I was bored because the staff moved so quickly, the staff did it very carelessly, even the bed sheets were not changed, the towels and slippers were in the room. The family shares things to share, so it is inconvenient to take each time because the room is far away from each other. The pool is dirty, so too much bleach, just diving is spicy all eyes. At first, I thought it was because of me, but then the residents also screamed tearfully, so I knew it was due to the cleaning of the pool. Phan Thiet is not a shortage of resort guests, I had the company go here for two years ago but booked directly in front of the hotel so I did not encounter such dispersion. Will probably never return to this place again by enjoying a really impressive vacation.
