I had a wonderful vacation, my family including the elderly and children were taken care of very thoughtfully and supported by the hotel. Ms. Ngoc is very nice, and gave me late check-out even though the hotel is super busy. All staff is very nice and helpful. The room is big and comfortable with Japanese standard. Breakfast is perfect and has some healthy Japanese food. From the old town to the hotel can walk around 20 minutes and 5 minutes by taxi. I recommend the hotel for both business trips and leisure trips. We will come back again. Thank you very much. NP

I feel this is one of the best 5* hotels in Hanoi. As a Japanese hotel and with many Japanese guests staying here, I find the hotel meets certain standards that few other hotels have: hygiene, comfort, coziness and delicious Japanese food. The hotel is also conveniently located to move into the old town and is not too crowded so the rooms are also larger than the hotels around Hoan Kiem Lake.

The room was spotless, and the staff were outstanding, genuinely some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met. This was easily one of the best stays I had in Vietnam, and the hotel is located in a great, safe area.

The staff at Hotel du Parc are excellent and attentive to all our needs. The facilities in the hotel are great. Hanoi is still developing a modern transport system and walking around is a bit awkward but the taxis are very cheap and this makes it easy to overcome these deficiencies.
