I had a pleasant stay at Ibis Saigon South. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful. Best of all, the hotel is very close to SECC, just a short walk, very convenient. Highly recommended for business travelers.

There was no bellman to help with luggage for guests. My husband and I brought a baby under 1 year old to the hotel at night around 6pm. I was holding my sleeping baby, so I went to the lobby and waited for a long time, but no staff came out to ask or help with check-in or moving luggage, even though I provided information that I was traveling with a baby when I booked the room. Only when I called and requested did the receptionists pay attention to help move luggage for my family. The hotel also did not contact me before the check-in date to provide instructions on what to note. The bedroom was very dark and lacked light. In return, the location is very convenient because there are many shopping centers and restaurants around... The buffet is simple, with few dishes but delicious, the juice is delicious, the restaurant space is airy and full of light. There is a chubby female employee of the restaurant who is very cute and friendly when she actively comforted my child when he was fussy. On the morning of the check-out day, I contacted the reception to register and confirm that I would be checking out late. However, after 12:00 noon, after my family had lunch at the hotel restaurant and returned to the room, my magnetic card was still locked and I could not enter the room. I had to call the hotel hotline for the support staff to come and open the door. If there was a problem with locking the magnetic card after the standard check-out time, the receptionist should have informed me in advance from the time I registered for late check-out so that I could proactively receive a new magnetic card.

One thing that was super impressive at the hotel was the extremely soft mattresses and pillows, I slept very well. Clean towels, rooms are simple but cozy.

Old room with small restroom. No jet shower for toilet. Walking distance to Crescent Mall. Friendly services. Professional laundry service. Taxi available in front of hotel.

Good hotel for Holiday and business, great location for culinary.

Room facilities are quite good, breakfast okay, cleanliness okay.

Great and next time I will came back to stay there more longer.

Clean, beautiful, luxurious interior. But the 411 air conditioner was a bit noisy leading up to a sleepless evening and no pool
