The bed is uncomfortable, hammocked and very sore back

I went out with my lover, the room was good, clean, like the good experience next time I will come back, near many good restaurants

When I came to check in, it was a bit surprised because the ground floor of the Home owner rented it out by a cafe. Ask the owner of the cafe, they say they don't know and contact the owner. My alo followed the phone number of the Home contact on the app, the Home owner told me to check and the couple kept waiting between the eyes looking like a lost sheep. A long time later, a young friend came and asked her and her husband and her husband to the third floor. The check in room was really not very satisfied! Check in is quite similar to photo, hot and cold air conditioner is quite ok. The view of the window looked down quite nice but the bathroom had no shower gel, shampoo or soap. There were only 2 sets of toothbrushes + 1 towel. Outside there are a few troops but quite expensive, it's best to order food on Now is cheaper. Really not like that!

Had a hard time checking in because of language constraints and homestay guards who were rather bored. One of my booking codes for 4 nights was not recognized by the hotel. Had been insistent if I had to pay again for 4 nights even though I showed the application book. After contacting an online agent directly assisted and within 24 hours the problem is resolved. The rest is strategic location and in front of the river too (don't worry the river doesn't smell) and lots of people jogging in the morning and evening, after the problem is finished the hotel staff are very good and always say hello, clean rooms, cool air conditioning, 25MBPS superfast internet connection and there is an elevator. Many are selling food around the hotel. With the prices in the application very satisfying.

I have been there for 3 days. The manager is so enthusiastic. However, they didn't change bed sheet or clean the room every day, toilet paper was so wet. The price is reasonable so I think it's ok

The room is clean and very similar to the image, nice view overlooking the To Lich river. Location is also easy to go to central districts. The owner is friendly, kind and enthusiastic just below the house is a cafe.

it was my nightmare 😭 i arrive at hotel around 8pm and nobody inside the hotel, no receptionist at hotel, all the lamp at the hotel closed 😭 one security said for the day I was pay & booking my hotel. don't have any reservation but I already make a full payment for two rooms with river view. I only got 1 rooms with river view .. both my rooms no air conditioner & water heather don't have any water 😭 we have to share our bathroom blanket, mattress sheets & pillow so smelly, dirty😭

Contacting to open the door but calling too much, one after the other stood waiting for someone to open the door: (((

Great. Clean room near the center

the room looks like on picture but facilities are quite outdated. the staff should check and clean room more carefully because a bread was left unchecked in my room refrigerator. otherwise, it's okay room in district 1 if you don't want to face with traffic jams in the morning.

The bedding was dirty, and there was a bad smell in the room.

The owner is very friendly and enthusiastic, rooms are clean and comfortable. Opportunities will still be here <3

Dirty sheet, uncomfortable bed, old furniture not to say poorly furnished.

The hotel has a good location. But the service is not very good: the entrance arrangement is very crowded, the feeling is quite dirty, there is no person to clean the room.

No staff usually, cannot request. No cleaning service every day
