The room is extremely clean. The toilet was sanitized and sealed when we came in. I was impressed how clean the bathroom was, like shining. Staff is very helpful, especially with carrying our heavy luggage with a smile. The pool is on the roof top with nice view and plants. Highly recommend this place and will come back

The hotel is centrally located, very close to the walking street. Rooms are clean, comfortable and convenient. Room layout is neat, convenient, spacious feeling. Breakfast has few choices, quite poor. I went to the restaurant for breakfast around 8:30 and there was nothing left to eat. The buffet dishes are quite small and there are no staff members when guests come in to dine.

The hotel is located in a small alley, a bit inconvenient if you go by car/taxi. In return, the hotel is very luxurious, clean and spacious. The staff is friendly, ready to answer all questions. The breakfast food at the counter is normal, you can order extra beef noodle soup which is very delicious.

The hotel is in a small alley but cars can enter comfortably, go straight to Nguyen Thai Hoc to get to Chan restaurant and the Western street next door (comfortable walking distance). The rooms are decorated in Indochine style, spacious and comfortable and all have balconies (size depends on room class). Everything is neat and clean. The bed is a bit small (m6). The receptionist is enthusiastic. If you arrive early and there is a room, LY will support you with early check-in or leave your luggage in the room first. The breakfast buffet is moderate, especially with lots of fruit and fresh juice ;)

The hotel is right in the center, going by car is a bit inconvenient but the staff are very enthusiastic in supporting, there are motorbikes for rent. Breakfast is varied and has lots of fruit. The staff are super friendly and enthusiastic, check in and check out is quick.

The staff is enthusiastic from the receptionist to the support staff in the dining area. The 2 rooms I booked are spacious with balconies and full amenities. I would like to suggest that the hotel should diffuse essential oils in the room when guests check in, because when I checked in, the room smelled of bleach very clearly.

We were here for 2 nights. It's near the walking street; however, in the big alley, it was so quiet at night. Near the Huong River as well. The staff were really nice and supportive. The room is bigger than the others with the same price.
