Completely satisfied with my experience at KS. We arrived at 7am, the owner still happily let us check in early without extra charge. The room is clean and has all the necessary amenities for your stay. Bath water heats up very quickly. The house has an elevator. Location near Da Lat market, convenient to move. The car you rent is new, runs very well. Especially friendly and attentive brothers and sisters. Everyone can refer to this hotel to have an economical but still most comfortable trip

I just had a great experience at the hotel, the owner and staff are all super friendly and lovely. We registered to stay longer and the hotel still supported us at a super cheap price. I got on the bus to return to Ho Chi Minh City and then remembered that I forgot my bag in the trunk (I rented a car from the hotel and went freely according to the time regulations). I called the owner to book a Grab to deliver it to the bus station. So she asked the hotel staff to bring it to me quickly so I could catch the bus. If I go again, I will still come back because of their enthusiasm. Everyone should come and experience it, it's worth trying.

The room was for two people, but I was traveling alone. The room was very clean and had a beautiful view. The bathroom had a well-functioning hot and cold water system. The downsides were a limited number of electrical outlets and poor soundproofing, which was a bit inconvenient at night. The hotel's location near Da Lat market made it very convenient for sightseeing, renting a motorbike, and finding places to eat.

Too bad, the guest checked in at 9:15 pm, made things difficult, didn't want to let the guest stay, asked for an additional 50k because my child was 10 years old. My family was fine, but she said just let me stay! What do you mean by let me stay? I booked on the app, the age was 10 years old, it was fine, I asked to charge an additional 50, but she wasn't happy and wanted me to rent a big room. So if she didn't want to let me rent a room, I would rent somewhere else, asked for the room fee back because she refused the guest, but the guest didn't refuse the hotel, she said she would only receive the money at the end of the month, I said it was her business because my child had already paid, then she got bored and deducted 50k as a fee to pay the booking platform. After arguing back and forth, she refused, called my son. Then I asked to record a video, then she paid me the full amount! I checked in late, was exhausted, and then the host made things difficult for me like this, sorry, I'm also an airbnb host! Please customers to the roof, not like this!

The hotel has no parking space for cars and motorbikes, the toilet is dirty, there is no soundproofing from the sound of running water, so it is noisy at night and cannot sleep. The basic experience is bad. I booked through a friend's recommendation, but the new owner of the hotel was not as enthusiastic as the old owner.

What you pay for! Compared to the price, the hotel is very good quality. A little bit of an unpleasant experience is because the hotel accepts laundry without telling me the price in advance, washing has 1 shirt, 1 pair of pants and 1 small pants that costs 58k, but it's a regular washing machine and then drying, not drying. again.

Tôi thường book khách sạn sớm trước vài tháng khi đi nghỉ lễ để có giá rẻ, khi book tôi luôn ưu tiên thanh toán trước 100%, nhưng thường app chỉ có hình thức thanh toán tại quầy khi trả phòng. Tuy nhiên lần này tôi có nhập thẻ tín dụng và phòng này không có chính sách hoàn hủy nên nếu không nhận phòng cũng sẽ bị charge tiền, không khác thanh toán 100% là mấy. Khi đến nhận phòng chủ khách sạn nói: - Trước đây có bạn nhân viên tên Huy nhận booking này, bạn nghỉ mà không bàn giao lại nên chị không nhận được booking của em và hiện tại khách sạn đã hết phòng, chị sẽ sắp xếp em qua khách sạn kế bên, deal giá cho em, chắc sẽ cao hơn chút xíu bla bla ... May mắn là lúc đó có 1 khách Trung Quốc chê và đòi trả phòng (bị charge 200k) nên chủ khách sạn sắp xếp cho tôi vào phòng đó. Ràng buộc của app và khách sạn quá kém, chủ khách sạn thường tìm cách cancel booking của khách đã book trước vào dịp cao điểm để lấy giá cao, vấn đề này đã phản ánh nhiều lần nhưng không thấy khắc phục.

Ban đầu với giá tiền này thì mình cũng không hy vọng gì nhiều .nhưng sau khi trải nghiệm qua thì mình thấy khách sạn quá tốt, không thể chê được một điều gì. Anh chị chủ rất nhiệt tình và thân thiện.khách san sạch sẽ ,gần trung tâm .Nói chung mọi thứ đều tốt đối với mình .chắc chắn sẽ ghé lại nhiều lần nữa.

Hình ảnh đặt phòng và phòng thực tế không giống nhau. Không cách âm nên mình ở 3 đêm hầu như không ngủ được do quá ồn, bất kì tiếng động nào là trong phòng nghe hết, phòng khách sạn kế bên đi tắm mà phòng mình còn nghe rất rõ, chưa kể bị các khách phòng khác gõ cửa nhầm. Khóa phòng không an toàn, không có cài bên trong. 2 lần mình bị nhân viên tự ý mở cửa: lần đầu là 9h sáng, nhân viên tự mở khóa phòng mình, mình đang thay đồ giật mình hỏi thì nhân viên kêu giờ này chưa đi chơi còn ở phòng hả. qua sáng hôm sau lúc 7h mình lại bị nhân viên tự mở khóa cửa phòng, mình đang ngủ nên rất bực hỏi sao tự ý vào quài vậy thì nhân viên trả lời tưởng trả phòng rồi, không hề một câu xin lỗi. Trong khi quy định 12h mới check out thì 7h sáng tưởng trả phòng rồi là thế nào.
