I stay in single room. The room is perfect for the price that I paid for. It is cheap and really safe. Prefect location, very close to old town. Lots of local food on the way to the old town. I would recommend to stay.

Kiman Old Town is the second Kiman. It is closer to City center. The room is ok for the price about 300k-350k/room/night. This hotel is for budget packet travellers. Room is small, toilet also small. AC is broken. Blanket is old. But everythings are clean, quiet, and friendly & helpfull staff.

The room was very good, only my room was damaged by the WC door, it was very difficult to close. I had complained, the receptionist said that it had just been repaired, probably because the guests were strong. Other than the WC door, everything else is ok. Clean room, super cute friendly staff. near the old street and the bus station (~ 600m). Room is a bit old but also spacious, suitable for the price. Ah, the balcony is our house. Should you go to bed or do anything, be sure to close the curtains.

I appreciate that this is a budget hotel, but the bathroom smelled, I stayed for 3 days and the room wasn’t cleaned once, I was on the ground floor next to reception, which was noisy, the window in the room wasn’t useable as everyone was walking past, so curtains had to be closed at all all times. The lady on reception was very pleasant.

My room was a standard one but very spacious. For its price, I think it is “more than what you pay for”. The room was clean. The only drawback is that my room was at the 4th floor and there is no elevator. Also, the staff was very helpful. She was kind enough to call my shuttle service to check while I was waiting at the lobby. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay and just a 10-min walk to the Ancient town.

With such a cheap price, I got lucky! Cheap but got comfortable room with tv. The staff is so friendly, she help us to get the best places in town. The location is good, just 5 minutes walk to ancient town. But the last thing is the minus point. The room's door, I can't open it from inside when I want to check out. So I had to call receptionist to open it from outside. I hope they fix it soon. Otherwise it's all perfect

Booked single room, but there's problem with my booking, so they don't have a room for me. They transferred me to their sister hotel, Kiman Hoi An Hotel and Spa which is a Three star hotel. The manager of both hotel is the same person. She was very kind and lovely. She help me to get a new room and I think my new room is a lot better than my booked room. Overall their services were good. They were kind, helpful, smiley and nice. Perfect stay in Hoi An.

I must say is wonderful! Hotel rooms are fine, close to the old town, travel is very convenient, what I like the most is the service attitude! Gentle and wonderful. I really like it! If returning to Hoi An will definitely return.

Nice play. You will be welcome by a warm smile from receptionist lady. Location is good with about 5 minutes for walking to Ancient Town. Some local restaurant with speciality around hotel with reasonable price Single room is good and WiFi is strong connection
