The room is too small, the ceiling is low, giving the worst room to guests who book through the app. When I first came to check in, the room class on the app was sold out, so I had to give a higher class room and collect another 100k/night. I didn't agree, I said my room was still available and gave me a really bad room. No wardrobe, no hangers. Record a 3 * hotel but it's not worth it, collect more than 900k / night so just spend another 200k through Muong Thanh 4 * standard to stay better. Like an hourly motel for couples. It's also difficult to find utilities around, ask laundry and say they don't know. From the hotel to the staff, they are not enthusiastic to assist guests.

I was given an attic room by the front desk. The room was very stuffy and lack of oxygen. The sound of the pump in the attic kept rumbling, Right next to it was the janitor's room. The janitors cook and talk => Feeling that the room has no private space. This is not a VIP room. I had to check out early because I couldn't take it anymore
