We were here earlier this month on our honeymoon trip. Room was spacious while nicely decorated with lots of roses and a surprised happy honeymoon cake from Koi, we’re heartily appreciated. Even though it’s rainy and wet, we decided to scroll around and enjoy the beauty of the resort during our special time here. Dining was also at ease, lovely pool view with reasonable tasty local dishes. A great shout out to every staff who all remained attentive, smiley and service minded til the the time we left. And especially Ms. Trang Phan - the professional Front Office Manager who extended a warm welcome to us at arrival then made sure our stay to be nothing short of perfection. Her dedicated hospitality is indeed a great highlight of our memorable time in Hoi An! Way to go Ms. Trang and Koi’s Team.

The only problem we encountered was there were a lot of tse flies in the room. I think they come in through the ventilation and could be eliminated if they put some screens in the vents so they can not get in.

Friendly staff, beautiful hotel. Only issue was everything in the hotel was too overpriced for what it was and so the restaurant was always empty at night. Other than that, no complaints.

Nice location , tired property . Linen& towels etc poor . Need changing . Staff though very polite , appeared hesitant ( breakfast kitchen /serving staff were better ) need training to make guests feel relaxed .

Nice place to stay at. The ground is beautiful, near the river and I right across from a beach. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are excellent with a large selection including Pho 😀. I like Hoi A with friendly local people. I will definitely come back to this resort and town in the future if given an opportunity.

Loved the hotel. Stayed in a bungalow with a lagoon view for several nights and it was comfortable and spacious. Lots of amenities on site too.
Staff were great. Location was great. Lots of good options for breakfast. Hotel has a shuttle bus into the town centre that runs multiple times a day. Also has private beach access.

Private bridge over the river to the resort meant no strangers, salespeople or undesirables can enter the resort. A beautiful clean private beach is directly across the road from the resort. Staff are always friendly and accommodating and go the extra mile.
The buffet and cooked breakfast is easily the best we've experienced anywhere and operates between 6.30 and 10am.
The pool is huge and never crowded, with plenty of recliners and shade.
We've stayed at this resort 6 times, mainly because we can't find a better one in the area at a reasonable price...and we've stayed at a few good ones.
Dozens of friends and relatives have stayed there numerous times.
Highly recommended.
