I asked if the hotel had a room with a harder mattress because my spring mattress sagged and my back hurt? Does your hotel have a car rental service? I ordered coffee at 7:30 pm, you said the kitchen was closed, so I asked for a glass of ice to drink water, you said there was no ice, I said no, no, you go to the fridge to try, then you went to the kitchen to get me a glass of ice. The next day I asked another receptionist if your hotel had a car rental service, the other receptionist said yes, I asked why the receptionist yesterday said no, the female receptionist said "no, yesterday we ran out of cars".
