Excellent location for visiting the old quarter. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to make the stay perfect. Quan greeted us and offered a room upgrade and was extremely helpful at all times.

Located in Hanoi’s Old Quarter, La Siesta Premium Hang Be is surrounded by all the hustle and bustle! Plenty of shops, restaurants, street vendors and is within walking distance to Hoan Kiem Lake. The location is definitely a winning feature of the hotel. Check-in was easy with a greeting of a welcome drink and fresh fruit! La Siesta Premium Hang Be’s lobby/lounge area is definitely a vibe … ornate, dark and moody! The sitting area out front was comfortable and wonderful. Our room was clean being perfect for two, however the shower and toilet area was very small. The rocking chair, half balcony and walk-in closet/luggage area were awesome features of the room! The rooms are not soundproof so you can hear those above you from time to time and noises from the outside. The breakfast selections were mediocre. The rooftop views and facilities were stunning! Service at the bar was great! All the staff here at Hang Be were phenomenal - especially big kudos to Ruby who provided stellar service and left us a kind welcome note in our room! We appreciated Ruby’s fast replies on Whatsapp and her great friendly smile! Would recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel and our room. In the heart of Old Quarters, very walkable to everything. Great roof-top bar/restaurant. Breakfast spread each day was fantastic. Hotel staff, (especially want to call out Ngan Phan) was friendly and helpful. Ngan took care of special requests to perfection and had great recommendations.

Excellent hotel in a very assessable location in the Old Quarter. Rooms are very comfortable, buffet breakfast is excellent.
Most of all staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Particularly Ngan Phan the manager. Makes us feel like staying in a home.

Great hotel. It’s beautiful, and the room was big and spacious. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff were friendly. They let me store my luggage and extend my check-out by an hour. They also offered a free shower after walking around the city before leaving for the airport, which was a nice touch. Highly recommend this hotel. The location is very central, in the heart of the old quarters.

This is a gem of a property located in the middle of old quarter with walking access to shopping and restaurants. The service and attention to detail is exceptional. Ruby and her staff made our stay very comfortable and were always a step ahead in recommending/ catering to our needs. Few highlights:
- Water puppet show was refreshingly beautiful
- Walking food tour of old quarter arranged by hotel gave a wonderful experience of local food and culture
- Halong Bay (2D/1night) - sights were beautiful and service was excellent, but it is a little overpriced and can also be accomplished as a day trip
Only downside to this hotel is the construction a few doors down. The construction noise carries over and sometimes at odd hours of night. The hotel mentioned they have complained to local authorities.
Overall a wonderful experience and we loved this hotel, most importantly the staff and service!!

Incredible hospitality and service at this hotel. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. The spa is excellent as is the breakfast. Given the room rates and the location next to the lake, choose this as your base to explore Hanoi. You won't regret it!
