The hotel is close to the center, just a few steps to the square. The staff is extremely friendly and proactive. There is a clean shower and toilet area for visitors who arrive early in the morning. When I stayed, the room had a problem with the lock, but the staff quickly helped me change to another room. My room also came with a voucher for a foot bath, which was very nice. I will definitely come back next time!

Everything is very good. From room to breakfast, the thing is relative. However, the downside is the hotel does not have an elevator, walk upstairs slightly immersed. Get many vouchers for dining, spa .. (not much discount). As for the weather, oh my, for 2 nights, both nights have heavy rain and fog.

Too great, affordable, the staff is extremely enthusiastic, customer support is extremely good. The location is very near to the center, room is clean and very nice. Point minus 1 bit is no elevator but I'm on the 2nd floor so okay, soundproofing is a bit poor but sapa is also quiet so it is not too affected. Will definitely come back in general.

The staff are friendly and caring, the rooms are lovely, the breakfast is good, if upgraded a little more will be better. However, there are a few small glitches: the key has to be repaired twice, the fire alarm control system keeps malfunctioning but the staff can't fix it, affecting the quiet of the guests. Should overcome those small shortcomings to the hotel more complete.
