Quiet space, close to nature, extremely comfortable. During the chill day in the singing of birds, none of the resorts can be found outside Ninh Van Bay. Breakfast but birds are also free to dance around. Great service and service, from welcoming guests to seeing off guests. The food is delicious

The resort is isolated on the island, takes 15 minutes by canoe or speedboat from the private pier (16km from the center of Nha Trang). The scene is very peaceful, everything retains a wild character. Villa is made entirely of wood, fully furnished, surrounded by rocks and trees as lost in the forest so. Infinity pool facing the beautiful sea. Friendly employee. High recommend.

We spent five nights at L’Alya Ninh Van Bay as a family of four, and it was an incredible experience. The setting and privacy define this place. The resort sits in a quiet bay framed by mountains and open water, with so few villas that you rarely feel other guests around. That sense of space and calm is what makes it feel truly luxurious. On arrival, my wife actually started crying because she was so moved by how beautiful it was. The villas and grounds are immaculately maintained. Everything worked, nothing felt overlooked, and housekeeping serviced the room twice daily. Service was warm, attentive, and responsive. Our butler, An, was outstanding and made the stay seamless. Breakfast was excellent—fresh, varied, and well executed. A mix of Western and Vietnamese options, good fruit, strong coffee, and made-to-order items. It set the tone for the day. Food overall was very strong. The grouper grilled in banana leaf was a highlight (order in advance—they source it fresh for you). We also appreciated the personal engagement from the restaurant management team. A private sunset cruise on the catamaran—with canapés, bubbly, and a waterslide for the kids—was unforgettable. A true luxury experience defined by setting, privacy, and thoughtful execution. We’re very glad we chose to come here.

Unpretentious luxury! We had a lagoon side room which was huge and the outdoor shower was an amazing experience everyday! The food was pricey but good, especially breakfast. The spa was also very good. We had a treatment each day we were there (3) but we most highly recommend the Vietnamese Wellness Experience package. The staff is extremely friendly and will help you with anything you want. They are not pushy so you need to do a bit of research to know what you want to ask about but when you ask they will go out of their way to make it happen. Ask to see the monkeys!

There are not enough words to describe how special our stay at L’Ayla Ninh Van Bay was. We were lucky enough to stay for 8 nights and it was a true slice of paradise. Every single member of staff we met treated us with such kindness and warmth. A few shout outs to the restaurant staff Vy, Dung, Quan, Huy, Trai, Duy, Dien to name a few but there were so many more we didn’t write down in time!! They made us feel great and added so much to our trip where we felt true friendship, love and will miss seeing them everyday. Tam, our butler, was the loveliest, kindest man who looked after us so well and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Connecting transfers, day activities and daily tea boxes just a part of his kindness. The hilltop room was stunning, we were visited by monkeys on the daily and the grounds containing butterflies and birds truly lit up the area on peaceful walks. Housekeeping always ensured the villa was super clean and ready for us once we had returned from the beach. The restaurant had an array of amazing choices. The Vietnamese options were vast and always delicious we ate so well and never went hungry. We cannot recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a little slice of paradise, truly. We are truly thankful to have visited and will be making plans to return.

Absolutely worth the trip. It is a bit of a journey to get here but they truly do an amazing job. The whole staff (esp Tam & Nhu) are wonderful, kind, and genuinely helpful. The food menu is extensive with options from all over the world and the breakfast is excellent. The spa is very well priced and delivers a truly relaxing experience. The real highlight, though, was seeing endangered monkeys throughout our stay. Easily one of the prettiest hotel settings we have ever experienced.

Our stay at Lalya was definitely 10/10. We greated very warmly at the lounge, and were taken to the resort by speedboat! The hotel boasts an amazing private beach, expansive greenery , biodiversity and activities but real stars that truly make it a little paradise are the people here. We stayed in a lagoon villa, which was the perfect paradise for our 4 nights there. The rooms were very well equipped and superbly maintained. The food at the main restaurant was always on point. Everything at breakfast was so fresh and well prepared with plenty of live stations and choice for western and Asian cuisine. The a la cart menu for lunch/dinner had lots of choice too. Mr. Duyet the restaurant manager, has truly made our stay memorable. We are vegetarian and he went out of his way and got us especially made dishes which were out of this world. The team including Vy were very kind and hospitable. Hats off to Ha and Vinh for making us the heartiest pho and pancakes everyday. The spa: Thi is incredibly knowledge and is a master of her art. My only regret is leaving the spa appointment towards the end of the stay. Hau and Yum gave us an incredible massage . They were clearly practised and knowledgeable. The review would be incomplete if I didn't mention the jack of all trades for our stay here, An (our butler), who is an absolute star. He is personable and professional. He remembered all our requests and preferences and had solutions/ answers to all our questions.

It's a lovely quiet place. Staff were very polite and courteous. Staff was very good in attending to responding to email enquiries. Food was ok, some were very good, some below average, depending on what you pick. Would have loved to see more authentic Vietnamese food, rather than Italian etc. Breakfast was great with fresh juices and egg stations. The complimentary afternoon tea delivered by the butler was a very good touch, some of the afternoon treats were exceptionally good. The cooking classes that we had with the chef was very good. My husband remarked that the cabbage dumplings and the caramel chicken were superb, and tasted very authentic, however these were not served on guests lunch/dinner menu. The Italian menu was nothing to write home about, given we are from Europe, however when sauces used local herbs like in pesto sauce it was a delight. The spa has some room for improvement on massage quality. I had a deep tissue massage, but it just felt like my skin was being massaged. My husband went back a second time, said it was bit better as the pressure improved. The view of the place was stunning, staff did try their best to be attentive. The mosquitoes were a problem for me. Was wondering whether some mosquitoes screens across the open air bathrooms, living room. would improve the place. TV amenities could be improved as well, the volume was very low, showed a variety of movies but all with Vietnamese subtitles. Most places would have Netflix etc on TV.

This was three nights in paradise. We had a villa with a private pool, but also enjoyed the beach and common pool. We went on two guided hikes - both challenging and worth it with many opportunities for photos. We also enjoyed learning how to make Vietnamese coffee, the movie night on the beach, and kayaking. Staff was very helpful, and we loved our butler. Finally, the food and drinks were excellent. We will return.

My wife and Ijust finished a two night stay at L'Alya. The facilities are lovely and the staff are exceedingly friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay there. The location is in a beautiful and relaxing natural area, and the views are just gorgeous. I'm a birdwatcher, so I really enjoyed seeing birds there like Kingfishers, laughingthrushes, bee-eaters, and more. The best part of L'Alya is the dining facility, which offers both Vietnamese and Western food options. The kitchen is run by an excellent chef, and all of our meals there were consistently delicious. We can't recommend L'Alya enough to everyone out there.

L’alya is truly a hidden gem in an ever growing upscale market in Vietnam. Sometimes overlooked by her flashier and ultra luxe neighbors, L’alya comfortably stands on her own. I’ll break down my review based on areas of interest: Grounds, Facilities & Setting -One of the best parts of L’alya is her setting. Part tropical beach resort, part ‘mountain retreat’- it’s truly the first time I’ve ever been able to see palm trees swaying at the same time I was listening to the breeze through the pine trees. I’ve stayed at all of the Ninh Van resorts and I’d rate L’alya’s beach as the best on the ‘island’. Also, the pool is an absolute stunner. Villas -I stayed in a Lagoon View Villa which is what I would suggest if you want to feel like you’re a million miles away from it all (in the best of ways). Everything in the Villa was designed well, noticeable quality and authentic to its location. The bathroom was stunning. Outside, there was a beautiful private pool, an outdoor living room and sun loungers- all looking out over the lagoon to the ocean. Service -With just 33 villas, service is where they really show what they’re made of. Every Villa is looked after by a “Butler” who coordinates anything and everything for you at the resort. Quyên, my butler was a star who I could not say enough good things about. I also cannot speak of service without mentioning Hưng the restaurant manager and his team of genuinely warm servers. I really cannot say enough good things about L’alya.
