I booked a hotel for 2 days, when I arrived, the hotel said there was no room, 1 day before I called the hotel to check how the room was. I went to the exam place and told me there was no room and took me to a strange hotel to stay. I don't have an exam room, I have to call back to the customer. I stayed at another hotel and I also made it clear that I stayed and didn't move anywhere. tomorrow for me in this place, tomorrow for me in another place. I stayed for 1 day, the hotel had to take my luggage to return to the old hotel. but my schedule is then go to Hoi An. Minh was very disappointed in this hotel. I will not visit this hotel again.

We only stayed 1 night. And do not book rooms with breakfast. But we are quite satisfied because the price is affordable but the room is clean, the receptionist is nice. The hotel is near My Khe beach, you can walk to the beach to catch the sunrise

The hotel has noise, I don't know the reason, I called the reception, the owner of the hotel (probably) came up, heard the noise and replied with an annoyed attitude: "Elevator sound is nothing. , is it forbidden for guests to take the elevator?" And I don't think that the sound of that elevator is still working all night. 1 a.m. then 3 a.m. then 5 a.m. I booked a hotel to rest, but with such a basic need, I didn't feel it! However, the front desk staff is quite cute. 😊

Room rate before discount is not reasonable

The staff and reception are very nice, but the hotel is extremely bad, there are not enough facilities as advertised, the hotel is old, the wc door wants to be damaged, the handle is damaged, the TV has no cable nor smarttv, just for show happy, asked the hotel staff, the staff told the hotel owner not to register, responded directly to the hotel owner, the hotel owner replied "this hotel is like that, if you can stay, then stay". Wow, you don't have to spend money to beg, the rent is not bad, nearly 400k/night but the 2-3 star hotel as advertised is nowhere to be seen, just like a mediocre motel, that day a lot of people reflected like me and in the end chose to leave because of the boss's unruly attitude, I advise people not to choose this hotel to stay in order to lose money and get frustrated like me
