First time in Hanoi old quarter. The hotel staffs are extremely excellent service. Very happy staying there. Very convenient to get around. I would recommend whoever come visit. Price is reasonable. Special thanks to two beautiful receptionists been helping us through out our stay.

I don't know if the hotel receptionist is also the owner, but he is friendly, enthusiastic, and approachable. Early check-in from 10am is fine, but late check-out until 4pm is not charged extra, probably because when I went there were few guests, many empty rooms, so people were more relaxed and comfortable. Overall, it's worth the money.
