Imperial Hotel Vũng Tàyou exceeded all my expectations—from the stunning architecture to the exceptional level of service, everything was truly top-notch. Every staff member was warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about my experience, making me feel truly valued as a guest. The room was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a breathtaking view—I felt like I was living in a dream. This is hands down one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had in Vietnam—thank you, Imperial Vũng Tàyou, for making my stay so memorable.

The price is too cheap compared to the quality, the elevator is slow even if I go on weekdays but it doesn't affect me because I chose to stay on the lower floor so it's too slow so I take the stairs. My room is air-conditioned and doesn't have much sun, so it's always cool. Free swimming pool and gym are great. There's a parking fee, but it's still much cheaper than a hotel because if you go to a hotel, 4 people get 2 rooms. Good service, if you need anything, just call to ask for quick check in and check out

good room and service, delicious food, nice and clean pool, good and enough gym equipment's but I haven't time to try them, all of things are awesome. satisfied weekends overall.

I heard a lot of rumors but when I experienced it, it was great, I was not bothered at all and especially when I checked out 1 hour late, I was not called to knock on the door to urge me to stay. 10 points. Clean, airy, has a washing machine, a kitchen + balcony + full pot. Will come back if I have the chance to go back to lovely Vung Tau.

Spacious room, beautiful sea view, full amenities. Near Tam Thang tower, so it's very convenient to walk to the beach and then back to the pool to swim. The outdoor swimming pool is clean and beautiful, there is a very enthusiastic and cheerful person on duty. Breakfast is varied and delicious, enthusiastic staff. Will come back.

My family had a well-prepared and warmly welcomed holiday at Pullman Hotel Vung Tau. The hotel has a convenient location, international standard luxury style, full facilities and excellent service qualities. Rooms are very spacious and soundproof, ensuring privacy and high-class furniture of 5-star standard. Breakfast is very delicious, full of nutrition and enthusiastic service, breakfast time is very comfortable. What I am most impressed with is the way the hotel always welcomes guests with joy and hospitality, taking care of each customer's feelings and sharing during their stay here. My family is especially grateful to Mr David (GM) - he always takes care of and cherishes the old customers who come back to stay at Pullman. And really impressed you Thuy (Suri)-Reception Department. She has assisted our family with quick and professional check-in and check-out procedures, as well as provided complete instructions for our family to have a perfect vacation. I go with young children and they all love Mr David and Ms Suri. Surely my family will always choose Pullman Vung Tau as a place to stay when coming to the coastal city. Sincere thanks to Pullman Vung Tau for bringing a wonderful resort experience to our family.
