The room is OK. It is not far from Hanoi Railway Station, we can walk, but the location in Google Map is wrong. The hotel should change the location in Google Map.

I was quite satisfied with the bedroom — it was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Although the hotel is located in a residential area, the surrounding road access is convenient, and there are food options nearby. However, there was one thing i found a bit disappointing, in my opinion, the staff weren’t very friendly and didn’t greet us with a smile. We did check in quite late, around 10 PM, but still, a warm smile would have been appreciated. It would’ve made us feel more welcome and helped ease our fatigue after a long journey 🙂

The restaurant's work is very fast, the receptionist is friendly. The room I booked is old but quite okay compared to the price.

Perfect for travellers, cheap and very good services

Having smoke smell not recommend for those who has children. Good to stay for taking a shower before taking train near by.

impressive! It was my best room (I booked deluxe double) with the most complete amenities I've ever have (even the facial foam, hair ties, cotton bud - everything you need) They provide heater for cold days. The bathtub and modern toilet was dope. Definitely recommend it to everyone!

Great value for money. Friendly staff and comfortable room. Good location near to Train Street. Locally plenty of food places within walking distance, fresh fruit market nearby.

Everything is quiet good, just some mis-information on web page.
