Hotels near Hanoi Heart Hospital - Facility 2

Enough to stop by from a bisnis trip transit. Don't expect too much like a nice international hotel but it will make a do if you are just for sleeping and showering. Other than that, don't ask for more. If you can deal with a budget hotel, then my advice to you is this hotel is not for you.

Had a 2-night stay - room was spacious and clean. Comes with a washing machine, cooker, and microwave. The receptionist is friendly and the night guard is very helpful. The alley is big, a car can go in for pickup.

They locked the door and refused check-in at night. My flight was delayed and I arrived at the hotel at 3 AM. I had to walk the whole night for another hotel. They should make it clear that they don't accept late check-in. It was a nightmare for me. They were also rude, hung up the phone and were angry with me because I made a call at 3 AM.

The hotel is clean and ok. Will come back next time.

Friendly and enthusiastic hotel Although it's the first time traveling in a place far from my home, receiving such enthusiastic service is really a place worth going to ^^

The gym is too small and bad. It's better to not have it.
