The hotel staff is friendly and amiable. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The room is spacious and airy. The view is okay. The toilet is clean. But there are a few minus points: the hotel is a bit old and the furniture is degraded. The room door is stuck and difficult to open and close. The bed sheets and pillows are old and have yellow stains in many places. The TV is only cable TV, not internet TV, and the image is grainy, can't watch anything. The price is a bit expensive compared to the general level of the same class.

The apartment is great, clean, and fully equipped. The space is airy with great natural light. The interior is delicately decorated, giving a comfortable feeling. This accommodation quite fits couples and families who prefer somewhere not too bustle and hustle but is still convenient to drive to the center. One side of this building faces a mountain, which I believe brings some fresh air to the room. It would be even better if we could book a room with balcony but it's a holiday and we still were pleased with the service. The receptionist was exceptionally polite and careful thought she must hear me ask for money from my mom on the phone haha. Water pressure is also a point and loves the cleanliness and how large the garage is compared to other tiny ones around. One thing they should take consider is a wifi connection. Phone service doesn't work well inside the room or on 4G. Wifi was frustrated some time interrupted me from my entertainment.

The host, Ms. Kim, is very helpful and friendly. We booked a 3 bedrooms apartment for 7 people, and the room is spacious, full-equipped, and clean. The location is perfect as well, with a few minutes' walk to the park and beach. Ms. Kim also gave us a small gift when we checked out as a thanking gesture for staying. Overall, this was a good stay for a big group. Definitely recommended and will come back if we come back to Vungtau.

I do love the cozy room, wonderful view and perfect service here. Bún cá is super delicious, thank chef. I stayed at several resorts in Vietnam and this one is still one of my favorites.
