The architectural space is very Hoi An and clean. All the staff are very nice. Cycling to the coconut forest to row a basket boat is very close. It is worth the experience!

Villas are clean, polite, quiet, not far from the old town. The staff members are very friendly and enthusiastic.

Villa has wonderful taste of ancient house and eco-friendly decor. Bathroom is large with big square bathtub, enough for my 2 kids to play another half an hour after 3 hours in the pool. The owner pays attention to every small details from kind arrangement when we checked in late, books at reception available for all guests. We have great view looking over to green paddy field. It would be better if they have ceiling fan so that we can open wide the windows and enjoy fresh air without using air con all day. Excellent stay! Definitely we will come back and stay longer.

I had a wonderful time here. The building is beside to the river, I can see it all from the balcony of my room, the swimming pool and the boatman on the river. The room is super new, clean and smells very fragrant from herbs. The pool is also very wide and long, I can swim like an athlete. Staff also very friendly and helpful.

Cool view room, affordable price, extremely good service. There is a chance to come back.
