The hotel room is clean, the staff is enthusiastic and friendly, walking distance to the night market and to the new check-in points is quite close. However, the bathroom window faces the common hallway, the wooden sliding door has no glass so the soundproofing is poor. The noise from other rooms can be heard clearly. Breakfast has few dishes. The room is cleaned every day. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

The accommodation is very lovely, the atmosphere is good, then it feels like home, so warm, a little away from the road which is very good, so I can't hear the car horn. I was able to check in early at the hotel. When I checked in, the room was exactly as shown in the photo, fully equipped, close to the city center. Everything was fine. But the soundproofing was not good! I could hear the conversation in the next room very clearly.

If I go to Da Lat next time, I will definitely come back here. There is nothing to complain about. The room smells so good, fully equipped, toothpaste is also branded, shampoo too. The space is so beautiful, quiet, there is a very chill fish pond. The staff is super gentle and enthusiastic. Quite close to the center, about 2km away. Overall, it is very beautiful. The hotel is beautiful and extremely convenient. I booked on the app so the price was almost half, only 270k/night for 2 people, so it was only 135k/person. That day, the bus arrived early at 4am, the hotel owner was extremely enthusiastic, he woke up early to open the door, made coffee for us to drink. He let us leave our luggage so we could go out, and when we had a room, he called us to pick it up early. The hotel is extremely convenient: there is a hair dryer, air conditioner, fan, TV, electric kettle, hot and cold water dispenser, bathroom steamer, 7-color lights... Below the hotel is a coffee shop. In the room, there are cakes, soft drinks, and a refrigerator for when you're hungry. In front of the hotel, there are many breakfast restaurants, grocery stores, gyms... I took the pink room decorated with a very beautiful birthday cake. As for my sister, she had a birdcage-style room. Each room in the hotel has a different style. The hotel also rents motorbikes ❤️❤️ 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 for quality and service

The Luxe Hotel Dalat
The hotel is conveniently located. It costs $2 to get to the market by taxi, or you can walk there if you want a bit of exercise. The room facilities were great—new, clean, and well-functioning. I heard about the disruption in hot water supply in other hotels, but it was not the case in The Luxe—hot water was always readily available. There was no air conditioner, but in fact, we didn't need one. The weather was cool enough during the daytime and cold enough at night, and the room was airy if we opened the window a bit. The price was so friendly when compared to the quality we enjoyed. We'll come back to this hotel the next time.

A brand new hotel! Staffs are being trained but they’re eager to learn and polite. The room having balcony looking to the valley is the best choice. Price is reasonable.
